If I'm so successful, why do I feel so empty?

I’ve asked this question many times throughout my 50+ year journey. My daily work as a software engineer, though valuable, feels superficial to me. I’ve rarely felt happy in a job, and I understand the pain of inward misalignment that successful people experience when their achievements feel hollow. But I’m learning to find contentment by adjusting my expectations and changing my focus.

Who I Help

Outwardly successful people who feel empty inside. Many professionals achieve their goals but wonder “Is this all there is?” Whether you’re a committed Christian, spiritual seeker, or secular achiever, you share the same core experience: external success that doesn’t touch your deeper hunger for meaning.

My Process

There are no shortcuts, and the path is not easy, but it is simple.

Step 1: Discover What You Actually Value

We look at your life for clues to what you truly value - those things that get you out of bed each morning to go to your job. We assess how those values align with your current work and workplace.

Step 2: Define Your Path Forward

We identify two clear options: stay or go.

Step 3: Address the Deeper Issues

Through conversation and storytelling, we uncover the powerful lies - usually from early childhood - that work against your fulfillment. I call these lies “demons” because they are the enemy of your soul and must be displaced by truth.

Step 4: Create Authentic Alignment

We explore how your unique gifts align with your deepest values and make a straightforward plan to implement changes that actually fit who you are.
